Bylaws
1.The Council,
A. The council board will be made up of the leaders of the 5 founding alliances.
(Dumais, Reapers Venom, Order of Scotts, Cowboys of Sparta & Knight Wolves)
B. Each member of the council, will have one vote on all matters.
C. It is the responsibility of each council member to pass the T.N.T. info on
to their new leader when stepping down, or leaving the alliance.
2.Membership,
A. Any alliance wanting to join or asked to join, will be voted on by the council.
B. All alliances allowed to join the T.N.T., will maintain a 10 member minimum.
C. New members of the T.N.T. will NOT have a vote. Only the 5 councilmen of the
5 founding alliances have a vote. In order to protect the T.N.T of overpowering of
any one alliance.
D. Any alliance not on the council causing trouble or harm to the T.N.T., can be voted out.
3. Operations,
A. Council will meet once a week.
B. It will be the duty of each councilmen to keep his or her alliance up to date on
the decisions or changes made to the T.N.T. by the council.
C. If one of the 5 founding members calls for support, it will be the duty of the members
of the T.N.T. to come to their aid in any way they can.
D. If a non councilmen calls for support, support will be voted on.
E. Emergency meetings can be called by a council member if needed.
F. It will be the duty of the councilmen calling the emergency meeting to message the
other 4 members.
G. Any matter being voted on has to be passed with a minimum of three councilmen.
